2.1 Cookies & Similar Tools
The automatic data collection described above uses cookies, web beacons, and AI-powered tools. These technologies help operate features like prompt input, agent interactions, and personalized navigation.
2.2 Cloud Browser & Connected Session Data
With your explicit consent, our Cloud Browser feature encrypts and stores cookies/local storage to maintain login status across sessions or devices for a set period, so that agents can act on connected systems on your behalf. You can view or delete this data at any time via the Service's "Settings" menu.
3. How We Use Your Personal Information
Critical Note: We do NOT process, disclose, or use your personal information for developing, training, or refining any AI/machine learning models.
We use your personal information only for the following purposes:
- Service Delivery & Operations: Provide, maintain, and troubleshoot the Service; coordinate work among agents and human members; enable security features.
- Service Personalization: Understand your needs and preferences to tailor the Service.
- Service Improvement & Analytics: Analyze usage patterns to enhance the Service and conduct internal research.
